Job Description

Overview:
We're seeking a driven sales engineer to grow our industrial automation business in Vietnam. This role involves direct sales of solutions such as EMS, SCADA, carbon emission & facility management systems to industrial and manufacturing clients. You’ll identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions to improve energy efficiency and operational productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales of automation solutions to industrial customers
• Visit sites, assess processes, and identify customer pain points
• Build strong client relationships and close deals
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver technical proposals and smooth implementation
• Expand solution ecosystem and manage sales pipeline
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Prepare proposals and lead presentations

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Automation, or Engineering
• Strong experience in technical sales, especially in factory automation (PLC, VFD, SCADA, EMS, etc.)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project coordination skills
• Fluent in English; Mandarin speaking is a plus
• Willing to travel and work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
