Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Execution
• Develop and implement a long-term growth strategy for the Northern market aligned with the Group's overall vision.
• Translate corporate strategy into localized execution plans, including go-to-market, marketing, and partnership models.
Market Penetration & Branding
• Lead market introduction efforts, including product launches, consumer education, and brand-building campaigns.
• Oversee the implementation of high-impact activities such as exhibitions, demo events, trial programs, and direct marketing.
Stakeholder Engagement
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key partners, distributors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Represent the brand at major industry events and engage in thought leadership within the sector.
Financial Management & Growth
• Manage the allocated investment budget, focusing on ROI and long-term sustainability.
• Drive the business from launch to breakeven within 12 months, and toward steady growth thereafter.
Job Requirements
• Minimum 8–10 years in executive leadership, preferably within the Coatings Industry, Paint, or Home improvement industries.
• Proven success in market entry, regional business development, or brand expansion in Northern Vietnam.
• Strong understanding of Northern Vietnam’s cultural nuances, customer behaviors, and business practices.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a long-term vision and hands-on management approach.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
